CKUT will be broadcasting live from the Anarchist Bookfair Saturday May 26th from 2pm - 4pm.
The Anarchist Bookfair will take place in two buildings across from each other in Parc Vinet:

CKUT will be broadcasting live from 2 - 4pm and present a panel discussing 30 years of Community News Programming on CKUT. In honor of CKUT’s 30th Anniversary we will be looking at the evolution of the news department. On the panel will be past coordinators of the department who will be discussing the approach and objectives of the department in the time that they participated. The discussion will be about 30 years of community activism, how we used radio as a way of engaging communities and facilitating social change. We will be looking at the numerous issues the department has covered over the years and reflecting on the struggles and successes of community radio activism.
