Live Broadcast Off the Hour: What's Left Out of the Mainstream Political Conversation?

Date: Friday, October 25, 2013
Time: 5pm to 6pm
Location: Café l’Artère, 7000 ave du Parc

To kick off CKUT’s Funding Drive, this Friday the community news collective hosts Off the Hour live from Cafe l’Artere. We feature a panel of community activists who start the hour off with a panel on issues that should be covered in municipal politics in Montreal that currently are not. We also have an open mic, where members of the community are invited to join in the conversation about what they would like to see talked about in the mainstream political sphere and perform.

Panelists: Laurent Morissette from Regroupement des activistes Pour l’inclusion au Québec (RAPLIQ) Julien Villeneuve, professor of philosophy at Collège de Maisonneuve Jennifer from Collectif Opposé à Brutalité Policière (COBP)
